Quality Inspection

Plastic Raw Material Melt Index Test

The liquidity of the plastic influence the tenacity and strength of the product. So it is strictly controlled in a specific range.

Product Appearance Test and Sampling

Inspectors will do spot check in every process 24 hours to ensure various indexes qualified, and sample for the further test in the laboratory.

Product Strength Test

Different item has different strength standard. Product will be sampled and test 3 times per day to ensure the stability of inherent quality.

Colorimeter Test

Whether customized or standard, the color of each batch of goods is strictly required to be stable and consistent.

Production Record and Archive

For each of order we have created the archive that include order information, product sample, inspection record for futher enquire.
